Refund Cancellation

Thank you for choosing QSClass, a SaaS-based School Management System. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which subscriptions may be cancelled and whether refunds are applicable.


1. Subscription-Based Service

QSClass is provided as a subscription-based software service (SaaS). By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and terms outlined at the time of purchase.


2. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • Users are encouraged to evaluate QSClass during the trial period.

  • No charges are applied during the free trial.

  • Once the trial ends and a paid plan is activated, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Schools may cancel their QSClass subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing but does not terminate access immediately unless requested.

  • Access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital SaaS services:

  • No refunds are provided for:

    • Partial usage of a subscription period

    • Unused time after cancellation

    • Subscription renewals already processed

  • Once a subscription payment is made, it is non-refundable.


5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical issues where the service was not accessible for an extended period and confirmed by QSClass

  • Billing errors caused by QSClass

Any refund, if approved, will be processed at QSClass’s discretion.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.


7. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Setup fees (if applicable)

  • Custom development or integrations

  • One-time services or add-ons

  • Training or onboarding services


8. Plan Changes & Upgrades

  • Plan upgrades are applied immediately or from the next billing cycle, as applicable.

  • Any price difference for upgrades is non-refundable.

  • Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.


9. Account Suspension

QSClass reserves the right to suspend accounts for:

  • Non-payment

  • Policy violations

  • Misuse of services

Suspension does not entitle the user to a refund.


10. Policy Updates

QSClass may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
